SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
We facilitate and empower all employees to engage in the overall safety of the environments in which we operate. This facilitation and empowerment occurs through the personal engagement of employees and our corporate director of safety, Rhonda Hand. Ms. Hand designs and manages all aspects of job startup safety orientation and task specific training. All full time onsite safety representatives report directly to her and receives direct oversight and guidance from her many jobsite visits. Furthermore, she directly reviews all potential safety issues and near misses to maximize understanding and develop new training programs.
